There are two prominent phases of our work:

  • CO-SELLING

Customer Discovery

During this phase we identify & source a list of target accounts best suitable to your business, engage with them through calls & meetings to understand their relevant business pain points and map your solutions that could best possibly address them. 

This phase typically includes the following key tasks:

  2. Contact Research To Drive Outreach Strategy 
  3. Outbound, Personalised Sales Prospecting
  4. Initial messaging & connecting with Ideal Customers
  5. Discovery sessions with Ideal customers

Co-Selling

Informed by 1:1 conversations with your ideal customers and not just intuition, we apply learnings from the Customer Discovery phase as we continue to meet with and further sell to your customers as an extended arm of your team. This approach helps us refine our sales process and culminate an iterative & scaleable sales strategy that could deliver maximum value to you during our partnership.

How we operate?

Our Process

01. Onboarding

This is the stepping stone of our partnership. Once we mutually agree on the operating rhythm and get through the documentation, we would like to spend more time with you to deep dive into your products/services, understand your target market segments, buyer personas and perhaps some of your recent key wins. Your assistance will be needed in conducting product training and sourcing sales collateral. 

03. QUALIFICATION

Our team now qualifies the leads scored and once vetted, we spend more time further nurturing these prospects by educating them about your offerings as well as answer any initial qualification questions asked by the prospect. In order to spot an opportunity and gauge a suitable use case for your product/service, we continue engaging the prospect through some questions to learn more about their requirements and the people involved in the buying process. 

02. Discovery

Taking notes from our onboarding session, we will start curating a list of high potential target accounts in a given region and a reach out strategy to connect with key stakeholders across these accounts to score leads. In our experience, a combination of social selling + personalised emails + cold calling (yes, it still works!) is one of the highly effective approach that yields results at this stage. 


04. SELLING

Once there is an immediate opportunity to sell your product/service to the prospect, we work closely with you on crafting a appropriate solution basis our past conversations with the prospect and also on other steps of the sales process to seal the deal.
